Choose your difficulty

This sets the client's starting stress, how guarded they are, and what it takes to earn their trust.

Easy

Client is open, direct, and volunteers information freely. Cues are frequent and obvious. Good for drilling the mechanics of a competency without fighting for the room.

Standard

Medium-high stress. Guarded, socially polite on the surface, can push back — never rude. Opens up as you acknowledge and empathise; three or more genuine acknowledgements earns real honesty.

Serious Learner

High stress. Thinks coaching is a waste of time, wants a solution handed over, can be curt without meaning to be rude. Trust takes longer to earn, and the client may end the session early if their agenda is ignored.

Four things. Type [Evaluate] at any point to get a competency audit without ending the roleplay. Ending the session — naturally or with [End Session] — triggers that same audit automatically, so you always get scored. Stay in the coach's chair — don't break character to negotiate with the client. And the difficulty you picked is locked in for the session; start a new chat and re-copy the prompt to change it.

What actually happens after you paste

Setup (6 short steps). The AI asks age, economic status, gender, ethnicity, then the challenge — let the AI generate one, or type your own. Last, it asks you to pick the dominant injunction from a numbered list, or let the AI choose one entirely — the latter is closer to real coaching, since you'd discover it rather than be told. Either way, the AI randomly assigns a likely secondary injunction too, and neither name is shown to you at the start — only through the coaching itself, or in an [Evaluate] report.
The opening monologue. The client speaks first, in character. The wound is in the language, not stated outright — you have to find it through questioning, not through it being handed to you.
The session. You coach. The client's guardedness moves with your difficulty setting — see the cards above. Every scenario is built to have a real solution reachable through skilled coaching; it is never a trap.
Anytime: [Evaluate]. Pauses the roleplay and produces a competency audit — scored bullet points against the eight ICF ACC competencies, what's strong, what's at risk, and one weak turn rewritten better.
Session end = automatic evaluation. The moment the session reaches a natural close — or you type [End Session] — the same competency audit runs automatically before the closing summary. You never have to remember to ask for it.
